Good day today! Surprisingly so as I was tired. That normally makes me hungry but didn't today. Ate straight up primal. Decided to log more journal entries to track better how I'm feeling and what's motivating me to eat (and not eat!). So felt a bit bloated/inflamed around the hips today but other than that felt fine.
