Amazed at how much better I am at Pilates today than I was a couple of days ago. I can feel a few muscles I haven't felt for a while, so I am hoping that it is doing some good. Don't get me wrong I have a long way to go before I look remotely good at it. Will try and get a run in tomorrow too, that should help a bit more and maybe take dogs for a good walk too, rather than a shorter one with a lot of ball throwing.
