bit disappointed with myself this week. I went to the gym extra hard, I added another day and I sweated so much! I kept to my calorie goal every single day apart from one. I really didn't think that one blip would affect my performance that much. Its important that I forgive myself but my resolve is getting weaker every week that I don't have a significant result :( This week I'm going to drink just water and increase my uptake - it's a hot week so I might appreciate it more, but also I know I don't drink enough anyway. It might fill me up more.

The point that you are at now, his is where I fail every time. I lose my 'puppy fat' and then plato at which point I work so hard but nothing changes. Don't do what I did and give up. Keep trying, maybe speak to a personal trainer and see if they can change you routine to break the barrier and you will be back on the game again. I wish you the best of luck but remember to stay strong! It'S hard. Very hard. But please don't give up or will power. Just think of how you will feel when you hit your goal.
