i am just exercising for now. I'm not watching what i am putting in my mouth.This is my second week exercising. I am doing focus T25 the modified version and so far i have done it 6 days a week. I need to find an eating plan that i can stick with and coincides with my everyday lifestyle. I have one that i am looking at and it seems realistic so far so i might try this one and see how it works. I have a bread recipe that is 3grams of carbs but i am waiting for the rest of the ingredients so i can make it to see how it works. If it is good i will be posting the recipe on this site.
