Oh my god. My monthly is causing me all sorts of crises.

I want to eat eat eat eat eat eat eat. I try and stop myself, but the cravings get a hold of me and this time of the month is enough to throw me off for the entire month!

Chocolate, I'll just gorge on chocolate and carbs. TERRIBLE COMBO. Help me :(

Take all your clothes of, and look in the mirror and remind yourself why you want to loose weight, it's what i do. :)

Don't give in you always regret it the next day. 'MrQuintonia' is right look at yourself in a mirror and remind yourself why you are dieting. Hope you keep on Track :) Oh and don't have one square of choc I cant stop once ive tasted it and always want more !!

Book a naturist holiday for later in the summer. It works wonders.

Get someone to take a photo of you from behind clothed or naked, works wonders, prepare to be shocked.

whats your favourite fruit? the one that feels like a real treat? mines strawberries, when i want choc biscuits i get strawberries instead x
