I'm melting...Another lb gone. I seem to be losing at a good clip this week. Went to a party last night but stuck to the veggies and fruit as my dinner, with a bunless hamburger. It paid off by the lower number on the scale today as well. Kinda hung over, thankfully I don't have any thing to do today except cook a few items in the kitchen....later...much later...
