started new challenges and preapring my meals ahead of time is working so far. i am also doing the military diet again this week so maybe it will help me get down a little bit farther.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.7 lb a week

Every day when you wake up in the morning drink a glass of water with a teaspoonful of honey on an empty stomach, it is enough to liquidate the entire body of toxins and give you energy during the day to keep on your diet .
