syndi55's Journal, 13 April 2015

Good morning Im so glad I finished my two 12hr work shifts and I don't feel as exhausted anymore ever since Im living a healthier now.
I have tons of things I like to finished and really get a some kind of exercise program written out so I can follow it daily, it seems this weekend after work I would do a little this and that with my exercise but I need to put more effort into it.
I really didn't feel that it was amped up like I stated I want to begin now.
I did do a lot of with working on my arms, they are slightly tender this morning but nothing drastic a good working out in the yard will help work that out.
Its going to be sunny and in the 70s so I can get outside also today, I love the out doors and omg...my little Max, he is my 7 lb yorkie poo absolutely loves it, he especially loves his back yard, that is his domain so not one critter is allowed in that domain and he enjoys making sure of that, Max is the king of his yard lol
Im going to really try this week to go basically meatless most days and see how that works for me... so any great dishes that you love.. send them my way please.. even PM them to me if you wish.
I really enjoyed reading about every ones weekend, a lot of fun things seemed to go on.
A shout out and huge hugs to all my buddys.. I hope your week is a great one.
And to all of you here on FS you also have a great and successful week looking forward to hearing all the exciting fun things that will happen to you this week:)

Well not really meatless completely maybe a few days a week Im just wanting to eat some meals that doesn't contain red meats and see if it will amp up my energy, see if it assist me in my loss, and to see if I feel better. I do love meats don't get me wrong but sometimes I like to experiment just like I cut out diet soda most the time, its a need to know what my body feels like and how it responds to a different intake...just curious I guess lol
