Good job ladies! Last week I did so well with my walking and doing Zumba exercise for 4 days straight. I'm So frustrated because I'm not loosing weight despite of me counting all the calories that go in my mouth. By like Mommyhastatts's, I will also make sure to get my exercise in. If I don't walk for my 1/2 hour, I Zumba dance for 1 hour. Keep it up ladies!!
