11 days. I have been working out 11 days. Out of those 11 days. I have walked 1 mile or a little more (1.3) 10 of those days and I have done 10-13 mins on my elliptical 9 of those days. Gave into fast food 2 days but drank all my water and ate better everyday! Baby steps! 121 days till my vacation and I WILL lose 15lbs or more.

That's the spirit. You would be surprised of the success you can have from just walking. I have been walking a mile and a half daily while at work and if I can fit in more exercise after that kudos and if not, I still got some activity in. I've also been taking a diet pill to help with hunger suppression which is working very well for me. Just stay away from fast food and you will reach your goal by then. Oh and water water water. Good Luck!

Good job ladies! Last week I did so well with my walking and doing Zumba exercise for 4 days straight. I'm So frustrated because I'm not loosing weight despite of me counting all the calories that go in my mouth. By like Mommyhastatts's, I will also make sure to get my exercise in. If I don't walk for my 1/2 hour, I Zumba dance for 1 hour. Keep it up ladies!!
