This past weekend was my daughter's birthday so there was a lot of sweets and sodas and stuff. We did also have fruits and healthier snacks like salsa with baked chips. But I over indulged a little and it's shown on the scales. I have also seen a difference in the way sweets make me feel. This past week I've been slow and sluggish; not wanting to do anything and just lie around. But then today I got up early, started doing some housework and made myself 1 egg with some watermelon and water to drink and I feel better. I think maybe it was a good test without realizing it. I know now that sweets make me feel "icky" and when I eat healthy I feel great! Now adding more exercise to my lifestyle is really going to help me loose these awful pounds
