My son got a space maintainer and a palate expander this week and the first couple days is on a soft diet. Nothing like watching him drink milk shakes and eat mashed potatoes. Poor baby has been sore (he's 8) and whiney (understandable so). But it sure makes for a stressed out momma! Stayed committed though! Got a loss!
231.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
