Spring break in Spain was a food treat - tapas, paella, seafood, pitchers of sangria, and plenty of candy and cookies. Also ate aggressively on my business trip a day after I returned. Getting back to more disciplined eating starting today.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
