Well it’s been quite some time since I’ve been on here. I have totally been off diet. Eating anything and everything I want as well as not exercising almost at all. Surprisingly I’ve only gained about a pound or two from my lowest weight. So I don’t think sustaining my current weight will be problem when I finally reach my goal weight.
I’ve been trying to get back on track that last two days and while I have started focusing on what and how much I’m eating, I’m still indulging in unhealthy things. I’m hoping to get a handle on that this week.
