I just don't know what to say. I knew that I was eating more. Started drinking Pepsi again. Not proud of what I had done because I was starting to feel real good. The only good thing I can take from this is that I didn't gain so much as I thought I gained and I started a food journal again.
323.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
