I'm going with 164.5. When I got out of the shower I was suddenly 165. I'm blaming the hair gel.

164.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 19.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.0 lb a week

LOL - hair gel, residual water soaked up in the skin...it's all good. :)
