Yesterday was pretty much like Tuesday. Ate healthy, but ate too much, especially after dinner. I have decided to weigh in tomorrow or Saturday. I'll see how today goes. I'm hoping to be down even a tiny bit, but I'm not sure that will happen. I'm about to start a major project that will involved a lot of time and a little additional physical activity. I hope that distracts me from eating and isn't an excuse to eat more. We'll see...
