when I went to get ready for church. my other clothes are already starting to get to big. or I just cant stand the thought of 4X's anymore so any of my 2X's that fit I try to wear and I am execpt for the jeans, mystomach is still way to big (so is my whole body) but I am shrinking. I have a tote with my skinny fat clothes and they are starting to fit. Little things I can do I get so excited about. I put my foot up to tie my shoes across my leg. I havent done that in years. So anybody that does not think this diet works. Talk to me I am living now even though I am still way over weight (but not for long) I am doing where I couldnt before. I thank God every day for this diet I am getting my life back. I even park away from the stores to walk.big accomplishment big big.have a blessed day all you flushers.
