This is very difficult... I struggle with trying to keep up with everything...I am thinking about getting one of those bracelets that track your steps, your sleep habits, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions on which would be the best? I feel like I need more time for myself in order to take care of myself but like most people, I work full time and just don't have the energy to do it all! Thanks for listening.
