I am doing great on 2 of the 3 challenges, but the water one is not as good, although I am drinking more water than before, but not enough to satisfy the demands of the challenge. I weigh 145 today! that is down by 23 pounds! In one month!!!!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
