wooohoo! finally coming down I have found staying busy and that a pedometer has made me get going and lose the weight and watch it happen. i haven't been able to get to my needed 10000 steps in the past 3 days but I'm sure when I do I'll really see a difference!
181.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
