No real change but I do have a pedometer on my phone and I'm trying to make my 10000 steps in a day but have yet to do so. It isn't as easy as I thought it would be but it sure keeps me motivated to try to do so. I don't see any harm in that! So here I go!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
