CatHerder's Journal, 01 April 2015

I feel good this morning even if I am a little sore from my workouts yesterday. I made it through the hunger last night without derailing my eating which I feel is an accomplishment. I did go over my calories a little but considering all the exercise I got it shouldn't impact my weight.

Yesterday was a beautiful day so I went running during my lunch. I got in 2 miles before I ran out of time. Including my warm-up and cool down it was about 1/2 hour. In the evening I worked out with the trainer, upper body. I need to work on my triceps so I can do the chest and shoulders more effectively. Only 1 more week of the challenge and then I think I have another 2 weeks with the trainer then I'm on my own. I think I'll focus on body weight training since I'm not really looking to bulk up just tone up as I lose weight.

Today I'm going to take it easy. Maybe some slow treadmill work to let my body recover some.

I hope everyone has a great day!
