I've been at Fatsecret a week and a day. I find it very helpful with my diet. By plugging food in a day in advance, I know just what I'll eat and what it's calorie count will be. That saves the unpleasant surprises that used to come up when I got down to dinner only to find that I'd eaten too much earlier in the day. I'm happy.
