Hanging in there. I find that when I first go on a diet I really am gung ho (not unusual). I am actually not hungry on a 1100 diet if I pick and choose what I eat (more protein). My problem is when I religiously stay on track, I still don't lose weight after an initial drop. I know my age (75) and sedentary state certainly has something to do with it, but it is discouraging when you don't lose the pounds. But a bad back, feet and knees tells me to take off pounds. The fact that I have become an "apple" also says "not healthy". I really like Fatsecret and what it offers. I can't believe all the varieties of brands, etc. they have. So far have not run into anything that is not on their list, including pumpkin butter (10 calories for a tablespoon) of an obscure brand. Kudos to them.
