Good morning all!!! took a very early walk with my dogs it was great alittle dark though (that's what happens when when you don't see the time right) lol. Good grief I could have had more time in bed. Have a wonderful day!!!

You're doing great ... how early do you go out for a walk? I will only do it after the sun is up and I had my first hot beverage ... maybe I feel that way because it is still cold here in Canada!

I usually walk between 6:30 and 7am, only thing this am I was out there at 5:30am I wasn't paying attention to the time I thought it was 6:30 (senior moment). lol Was quite dark I almost went back home but decided not to, I walk a German Shepherd and a Rottweiler so I felt okay.We have had it really warm here wish I could send you some.
Ann I am doing okay at this time, thank you. I have my good & bad days with my A-Fib.
