Why can't I just regain control over my life?! Ugh, so frustrated with myself that it just makes me sick! I know what it takes and I know what I need to be doing. Why can't I just do it and stick to it?! Ive gained 26lbs back and I can tell because I have on a pair of dress pants today that I was about ready to get rid of because I could hardly keep them up and today I can even keep them fastened when I'm sitting. How humiliating is that?!
