Oh, yesterday had a hard day.. At first I felt that everybody wants to cheat me - starting from a canteen that added to my bill two portions of salad in place on one, ending with cheeky mobile phone operator!
But the most "wonderful" thing was to discover after hard training session that you can't get in your home because you've lost your keys! Well.. they luckily were left at my parents house, but that only meant that I need to go to station, catch train and go to visit my parents again. I was there at half past eleven and felt shattered!
And no weight loose yet, but waiting the moment of dropping!
153.7 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dear, Just keep it up still its long approach to losing trust at this time. My recommendation to you simply don't let something you can settle sway yourself. Accept that, it's all in your mind, your brain is the fight enclosure where you battle your fortunes to win or to change it to better good fortune. It's a hard track, this is life, and you need to separate the vital from trivial, crucial things from inconsequential keeping in mind the end goal to accomplish your vision. I trust you are superior to bunches of individuals who put aside and surrender to lethargy you know why I believe that in light of the fact that you place yourself out of your comfort zone.
