Yesterday was a bad day and I did not get back to journaling my food.

Today I am back on track. I will journal. I will try to walk and swim today, but my am having a great deal of lower back pain so my exercise may be more leisurely than normal.

First day back at work and things are going as smoothly as can be expected after a week of vacation.
