Didn't really exercise yesterday and ate stuff I shouldn't have eaten. Hubby's birthday; so I'm not complaining that I didn't lose any weight this time. Got in a good work out in this morning though.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 128.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
