Yesterday I started another Whole30 challenge. But cheated today, it was my daughters birthday. I sampled the party food. Had carbs & sugar. Feeling gross now but in the moment it tasted good. Funny how people say you lose the taste. Can't say that happened to me. Tomorrow I'll get back on track. This months goal for me is to try not to snack. Found some snacks that fit into the challenge but the rules are to try to stay with in your 3 meals a day. With what I ate today I'll probably go though a detox again and have carb flu. Ask me in a few days if my cheating was worth it. All's I can say is I was celebrating the most important person in my life. And a 14 years old menu doesn't always fit into a diet. And normally isn't healthy.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
