I walked 25 minutes today and 21 minutes on the treadmill. This week I bought a Juicer and have been drinking my breakfast. Vegetable include in my drink were: carrots, celery, green lettuce, kiwi, radishes, garlic, zucchini, apple and broccoli. Also I drink water with lemons, grapefruit and cucumber.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
