I needed something to get me active. Something that I love. I started cooking foods that I find on the internet. I have 3 brothers, and a son and a grandson who love to eat. I find it is working for me. I baked a lemon pound cake last night. It was 3 hours getting it done but it was worth the time I spent. Something you need from the store, so you go to the store. Active is moving the body: cooking, washing the dishes, etc. It gives me something to do everyday I want to cook.
