Exercised only three times, and I've eaten a lot more unhealthy food this week. I'm quite sure my weight would be stable (not gain 1 kg) if it weren't for the fact that I ate two hours ago, drank a lot of liquids etcetera.
But no excuses. I know I've been slacking this week, and I will change it.
