I was under 90kg yesterday... Before I ate two burgers.

This is frustrating, but it's only correct blaming myself. Yesterday morning I was at 90.5kg's, but then evening came and we had a large grilling party - and it seems from that meal alone I gained 1.5kg. Or well, it's in my body at least. Hopefully a better next week. :)
