With my singed sauerkraut just sitting there. 😂 self criticism aside, we went to my favorite German restaurant the night before and I was terrified that I’d overcook the beef stroganoff trying to warm it up. Lucked out. Hot on the outside, warm and tender inside. I have enough for dinner tomorrow night. Had to finish up some fish tonight.
