Well, I went to work today. Now I know my work is a bit physical, but never too bad. Today, I helped move one of my customers. God, when your 20, its no problem. at 50+.... OUCH. But we did it. HOWEVER, I did something that helped. I changed my thinking from, "OH MY, This is heavy" to "I'm burning calories" and you know what. it was easier. The entire move became a big exercise, not a move. And the more I did, the more calories I was burning, I know, sounds weird, but it worked. When others were tired, I was thinking (to myself, I can have a treat later) so, I didn't allow myself to give in to my own self limits. I pushed them. And it wasn't that bad. (best part was, my treat was 3 jelly beans, yeah I know, but I made them last) and it was worth it. Not just by calories, but by my mind. Push my limits. I think, if my body REALLY couldn't do it. I would have known. I'm down 23 pounds. and it was one day at a time, but now, I have more push, and willing to push myself. only 40 more to go. And my goal is July 4th. I'm not going to say, "I think I'll do it".. I know I will :) Thank EVERYONE for there continuous support. Every comment, every message, ... I didn't lose what I have by myself. I had help with everyone here. Thank you all Michael
