Well, I did the math for my diet goal and it's looking good. My goal is by July 4th to be 165. According to the calender with my weight lose, It should be somewhere around June 22. (That will give me a 2 week buffer) I'm happy and surprised with myself by sticking to this diet. This time it seems very different. Other the friends here, on My Fat Secret, I haven't told to many people I'm dieting. Nor am I having any issues / problems about doing it. It's different time. Food isn't controlling me. I'm controlling the food. Saying no to the Hot fudge sundaes or the donuts, yes it wasn't something I wanted to say no to, but I did. And once I did, that was it. I didn't think about it. Now, If my friends stop at a fast food place while were out. I don't order anything. And I'm finding it easier and easier each time. OK, enough about me ranting... Just proud of myself for finally being in charge of what I put into my mouth. Thank goodness, its not my foot this time :)
