I previously lost a large amount of weight and maintained it for years. However, recently I went through a medical scare that threw me off and honestly I just used it as an excuse to throw the towel in. Boy am I regretting it now. NO MORE EXCUSES!! Time to regain control and change AGAIN!! lol <------- Not to be confused with "laugh out loud"... that's me throwing my hands up!!
