I am determined to weigh 130 pounds! I am making sure that each day there is a 1,000 calorie deficit, or close to it. I want to stay at 1600 K until I weigh 130 lbs. The cake I had yesterday was a big disappointment. I was cake, but did not taste all that good and my calories are too precious to waste on something I do not really like.
So today, I bought myself Ritter chocolate bars that I love! When I have room for candy or treats, I will eat some of them. My dietary goals are: 1. stay at 1600 cal until I weigh 130 pounds. 2. Affirm weight daily until I weigh 130 lbs. 3. eat 15 % of my calories in protein. That is hard, but I continue to try. I must be over 10 % though. 4. continue exercising and running.
I weigh 130 pounds. I am vibrant, healthy and energetic!
I ran 1.5 miles this morning and this time nonstop!
