Yesterday I took a running jump up into the air touched the ceiling in my kitchen.. I'm only 5'4, Go ME! I'm also noticing the muscles in my quads are getting tighter and smoother. It's been a great week.

Good for you! I love how tight my quads are feeling.....I don't think I could touch my 9' ceiling so I'll just cheer you on there! LOL

We could get you some extra bouncy shoes or one of the sticks the high jumpers use. hehe
