I did no do so well this time! !!!
179.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1275 kcal Fat: 52.39g | Prot: 39.31g | Carb: 167.71g.   Breakfast: Seven-Up Seven-Up Diet Cherry, Pringles Minis Original Sour Cream & Onion, Cheddar Cheese Potato Crisps, Nabisco Belvita Soft Maked Mixed Verry. Lunch: Hunt's Chocolate Pudding Snack Pack, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Oatmeal Bread. Dinner: McDonald's French Fries (Small), Chicken Leg Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Batter, Fried, Cooked). Snacks/Other: Shortcake Sponge with Whipped Cream and Fruit. more...
