I know my diet may seem boring to some, but to me it is just fine. I more or less eat very simply, but it is things I enjoy. At this time in my life, I can do that. No stress, that is what I like. Much nicer day today. Still chilly, but no where near cold. We are fortunate in that. Watering my yard and potted plants every day. We have not had rain in a while. You would think living right on the Gulf of Mexico, we would have more. I was estactic about my weight loss. Good job me.
