1-leg deads - 20s x 5 x 3
barbell rows - 95 x 5 x 3
cable kickbacks - 15 (!) x 5 x 3
back extensions - bw x 10 x 3
wall hand stands - 15 count x 3
pike push ups - 5 x 3
185.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
