Lots of water - it think it really helps.
Walked to work again - warm even early in the morning.
20 min on treadmill - 3.5% incline 3.5 mph; ab crunch 30 reps-35-45 lbs each 10. Triceps pull down - 20 reps.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
