I managed to eat healthy yesterday! I ate a banana when I got home and exercised in my room to keep my mind off of food. Of course dinner was fried chicken with "tajadas" (fried green banana slices), but I stopped eating when I was still hungry and skipped the soda. I think it's the first time I've managed a calorie deficit in Honduras! I feel like I must have left something out.
Less than two weeks and I'll be home.
