37 (F7) Still the same...ok..Today went to Hong Kong Supermarket and found raw oysters (no shell) --must be a different type because they are much larger than the oyster in shell type of oyster. However, talk about iodine ...:-) yes, plenty. Very good sautéed with some butter, lemon, spices, and a bit of white wine. My son loves seafood too, so much that I sometimes wonder if it is not an iodine deficiency that speaks up :-) Well, my friends, Ultima winter/snow storm here in central NJ. I hope the name will hold true. Everything is white again... and a huge tree fell into my backyard over the fence from outside the fence as we were all around the kitchen looking out.......glad it did not reach the house, but I have all the others, as it is woods that I have around. Fence bent to the ground. Luckily my dog was not out. Have a pleasant evening!
