I guess my lifestyle change has kept me from bouncing back up when I am not focused on my diet.

I am staying steady but now I'm ready to be more focused again. Let's see if I can break through down to 134. I haven't been that weight in years...
136.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
