eatwell's Journal, 22 June 2011

Today is 6.22.2011. I am currently at 182 lbs and want to get in shape for a road race on August 14th. I want to get down to 165 lbs and maintain that weight. If I lose 1 lb per week I will loose 8 lbs before the race on 8.14.11 - I will be at 174 lbs.
