Have been pretty sick this last week, hence no activity on this site. Feeling pretty good now (much better than before!!) and went on the treadmill last night. Was not looking forward to weigh in, but so stolked that I lost 3 1bs. I have been pretty cautious, avoided desserts, skipped the bun on bbq burger nights, kids love hot dogs, but we opted for chicken fajitas instead - so I guess it makes sense. YAY!!! I thought I could feel it, but not sure maybe my self image is just improving. Either way, lets keep at it!!
