One week of drinking more water in one day than I used to drink in a week and conscious efforts to increase my calorie burn has produced ZERO weight lost. Used to be, drinking that much water melted the pounds off quickly. Not this time. It is time to get mean. I cannot afford to buy two seperate grocery bills, so I must adjust. The kids are pretty good at eating whatever, and they love fruit. Gotta cut back on the bad carbs and unhealthy fats.
